PicCutter is a free screenshot tool which works with anything that appears on-screen. PicCutter can capture images, even on sites that have disabled the right mouse click, on graphics that form part of animations, banners done in Flash ... all types of graphic information that escapes conventional capture programs, and which now with PicCutter you can store on your hard drive easily. The program installs an icon in the system tray, so as to not take up desktop space, and has all the classic options of the genre. The captures can be saved in BMP, ICO or CUR formats.
